Meet the Coach
I’m Amy Lee Miller — founder advisor, coach, author, and speaker with 15+ years of combined experience in sales, executive recruiting, and leadership development. I hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with formal training in organizational behavior, leadership, and talent strategy.
Through my firm, Troika Talent Acquisitions, I advise founders and early leadership teams on high-stakes hiring decisions — helping them build strong leadership foundations before misaligned hires become expensive. I also partner with leaders and organizations on high-impact coaching and leadership development, supporting communication and decision-making at critical moments.
My work blends organizational psychology with real-world recruiting experience, helping leaders slow down the right decisions — clarify what truly matters in a role, align stakeholders, and evaluate talent with sharper judgment.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I deliver leadership workshops, hiring consulting, and professional development programs for managers and teams, with a focus on clarity, calibration, and team motivation.
As an author and speaker, I bring these insights to organizations and colleges through interactive workshops on topics including effective communication, Fear vs. Intuition, leadership decision-making, and emotional intelligence — spanning both self and social-awareness.
