Meet the Coach
I’m Amy Lee Miller — author, speaker and coach with 15+ years combined experience in sales, executive recruiting, and coaching. I hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with coursework in organizational behavior, performance management, leadership in organizations, and talent management.
Through my firm, Troika Talent Acquisitions, I help leaders and organizations strengthen communication, elevate performance, and inspire team and individual motivation. My coaching and professional development programs are grounded in organizational psychology and informed by the success habits I’ve built through both personal and professional growth.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I deliver leadership workshops, hiring consulting, and professional development programs. These sessions help leaders and teams improve communication, recognize challenges, and strengthen the skills that drive individual growth and collective success.
I’ve partnered with dozens of leaders on structured search processes and built my Attract–Select–Retain Framework, which has resulted in retention rates well above industry standards:
- 61% of placements retained for 2+ years (vs. 18–20 months in typical sales roles)
- 42% retained at 3+ years, with 28% at 4+ years
- 27% promoted into advanced or leadership roles
As an author and speaker, I bring these insights to organizations and colleges through engaging, interactive workshops on topics including success habits, effective communication, Fear vs. Intuition, and raising self and social awareness.
My work is fueled not only by professional expertise but also by lived experience. Having overcome challenges with anxiety and self-doubt through persistence and self-development, I now bring that same resilience-building mindset into my coaching. I believe everyone has unique and special gifts to share — and when individuals and organizations align with that purpose, success and drive follow.
