Each step on my career path has been a natural progression toward fulfilling what drives me - freedom, self-expression and helping others. As an empathic individual, self-taught in overcoming my own afflictions, while still continuing to level up in my career throughout the process, I have a natural ability to identify core challenges and align action steps to overcome and achieve quickly - including in the hiring process.
WHAT I DO - I'm a hiring coach and consultant, executive recruiter and author with a passion for inspiring and empowering others. I've built rewarding client partnerships and secured numerous lasting hires, many of whom remain currently retained, and many since been promoted. I understand the importance of establishing an optimal and efficient hiring process, one that minimizes stress, keeps top talent engaged, and yields lasting hires. I offer live and virtual training workshops and coaching/ consulting support to help leaders develop unwavering confidence in their future hires. I also help customize and implement effective recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes for startup companies who are ready to grow their field sales teams.
Schedule permitting, I also have an effective career coaching program helping driven professionals get unstuck in their career.
MY BOOKS - My recruiting experience led to the release of my first book, Ready Set Recruit: The Hiring Manager’s Guide to Recruiting with Confidence. My goal is to help hiring managers eliminate unnecessary stress and inefficiencies in their hiring process and attract desired and lasting talent faster and easier. My latest book, Where’s My Mustard? How to Let Go, Attract and Achieve – A Quest to Self-Empowerment, teaches readers how to identify and solve deeper problems, how to employ their greatest superpower – self-empowerment, and how to achieve their bigger goals and fulfill their purpose.
WHO I WORK WITH - Both new and experienced leaders who would like to level up their hiring game and elevate their confidence in their hiring endeavors, while minimizing unnecessary stress and lost revenue, time, and team morale due to bad hires.
WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE - My incessant and innate curiosity helps me uncover core challenges and identify solutions, including in the hiring process. My aptitude to harness my focus helps me attain bigger goals quickly, including delivering on large scale nationwide expansions. Efficiency, Integrity and Perseverance are the pillars of my professional and personal ethics. I'm resourceful and passionate about the art of introspection. As long as we are looking outside of ourselves, the answers will be just out of reach.
"Most Improved" was always my trophy growing up. And while I loathed it then, I embrace it now. My ability to identify and prioritize what is meaningful, adapt, and get even tougher when the challenge does, keeps me winning and helping my clients win.
Further, I overcame my biggest challenge, a 30-year struggle with depression. Along my quest, I learned the process of overcoming and achieving, and that it does not have to take others as long as it took me. You have the ability to create massive change quickly. Our challenges and goals will be unique, but the steps to overcome and achieve are the same.
